Shipping usually takes place on the 2-4 working day after confirmed receipt of payment or a guaranteed payment confirmation by a third party (PayPal). If you pay in advance, please take into account that the duration of the transfer will be added.

The delivery time is usually 8-13 working days. Different delivery times can be found in the respective item description.

Depending on the nature of the goods and the volume of the shipment, we generally ship the goods using the safest and fastest method. Shipping is carried out by DHL, DPD,USPS or a freight forwarder.

The refund will be made 3-5 working days after receipt of the return in our warehouse.
